The Degrees of the candidates, who are not able to attend the convocation and apply for “IN ABSENTIA” will be sent by Regd. The candidates who desire to attend the convocation and to receive the above Degree “ IN PERSON” may apply for “IN PERSON”.
Kadapa Districts will be admitted to their respective Degrees either “IN PERSON” or “IN ABSENTIA”. Center, Kavali, Nellore District and Y.V.U, Y.S.R. College of Engineering, Tirupati, the erst-while S.V.U.P.G. The candidates who passed Post Graduate Courses, M.Phil and Ph.D., through Three Constituent Colleges of S.V. The candidates declared eligible for the award of Ph.D.Degrees for the year 2013 & 2014 or earlier are eligible for admission into the above convocations. The candidates who passed the Post Graduate Courses viz., M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., M.F.M, M.B.A., M.C.A., M.Ed., M.Tech., M.PED., MLISC, M.L., M.Phil., Ph.D., MSIS, MSBM, M.Pharmacy etc., and whose results were published in 2013 & 2014 or earlier are eligible for admission into the above convocations. The actual date of Convocations will be notified in due course. The last date for receipt of filled in Application forms is 10-09.2018.
The 56th & 57th ANNUAL CONVOCATION of the University for the Conferment of Bachelor, Master, Engg.,M.Phil., and Ph.D., Degrees on successful candidates will be held during the month of the October, 2018.
